Heard any good news lately? In addition to the latest on the Gulf oil spill, which is still very bad news, we’re bringing you some positive stories on a growing green economy (weeee!) and new developments in recycling (yay!):
- A bummer for non-coastal U. S. songbirds: the side effects of the oil spill might mess up their migrations. (Mongabay)
- A new study claims that the U.S. could completely get rid of coal emissions in 20 years, using only current technologies and/or stuff that will be ready to go within a decade. (EcoGeek)
