**4/19 Update: This chat has been cancelled in lieu of the breaking news surrounding the Boston Marathon.
Here at The Nature Conservancy, we’re pretty fanatical about Earth Day (that’s April 22 in case you don’t have it circled in red ink on your calendar!).
While we believe in protecting and honoring our planet 365 days a year, there’s something particularly powerful about the entire planet coming together on one specific day and celebrating the planet we call home.
So how will you be celebrating Earth Day? If you need some Earth-friendly ideas, join @nature_org and @Bing this Friday, April 19 at 1PM EST for an Earth Day Twitter chat. We’ll be sharing lots of fun ideas for getting outside this weekend or on Earth Day — like making plans to take the planet out to lunch! Share your own Earth Day plans and green tips by using #BingIt on Twitter.
We look forward to tweeting with you on Friday! Don’t forget to follow hashtag #BingIt.
