It must be extremely difficult to reach a deal in America on climate change. Too many American politicians are under the whim of businesses that block so many important new legislation's that might damage their businesses, regardless of any benefit for the people of the country and the world. Just look at how much protest there has been at simply trying to provide health care to the 40 Million without it. It's obscene that anyone can be against helping people, and it will be obscene if we fail to prevent dangerous environmental damage despite knowing for decades in advance.
