		<description>As much as we must move to prevent climate change by converting to cleaner energies, We must also move to help those how already impacted by the effects in poorer parts of the world. Many of the people must now adapt to longer periods of drought or intense flooding, many of whom will be unaware of why it is happening, because they have done very little to cause it.</description>
