It will be tough to replace all of these old infrastructures because of all the money it will require, so let's hope we can do it. Baltimore has a lot to worry about, with not enough money to fix all the problems. Living nearby, it's a shame that they do not have a decent metro system to attract more people to come into the city and make it less congested.
